2nd UPDATE!!!! Well, Jose is doing nothing to resolve this issue, and after my son reached out to the owner again today, as the owner requested…he was told by the staff he’s too busy to call him back…almost 2years trying resolve this problem, and meanwhile the shingles keep deteriorating. If he really wanted to help, he’s got my number, why can’t he call me back, his staff refuses to put me through, and apparently they might not even be giving my messages, so disappointed…again. I will be telling BJ’s, which is where we got the referral from, they are goin to hear the whole story! UPDATE!!!! I feel so bad, because I recommended this company for my son and his wife’s roof…through BJ’s home improvement services. They spent about $30,000, March 2020, here it is June 2024, the roof is literally deteriorating and shedding into the driveway and street. Even though they bought the one with a 30 year warranty, and the roofer came twice to get a sample to send to the manufacturer, they deny having ever received the sample and won’t warrant the materials& installation. It is a nightmare at this point and no one will help them, so he’s going to have go to court now, there is no other option. They wanted to sell their home and move, now they can’t until this mess is straightened out, and the longer we wait the worse it’s getting. This roof is 4 years old, look how bad it looks, it looks like it’s 20years old, the neighbors house roof is 10years old and looks much better than this. Now we’re heading into hurricane season, who knows how it will fair in more storms. So…please don’t use these people for your roof, they will not warrant it!!!! UPDATE!. My son has been in contact with Jose, he seems to be doing everything he can, but your office in uncooperative, they will not return his calls, so how do we get a hold of you directly? I’m sure you have his number on file, please call him, he’s awaiting your call. This has been going on since November 2022, right after Ian, when he noticed the shingles flapping in the wind, due to the shingles not being properly bonded.
