This man is a thief, do not give him a single dollar for a lowball appraise job as he will not finish it, he wrote us a bid and contract signed by both parties for $14,000 for two sliding doors and the demolition of a wall he collected 90% of the job And then an extra $1500 for an electrician, the door was put in absolutely backwards. They put trim up the wrong direction so our slider has 3 inch gaps in it. It was not framed correctly. They have been fired. A new company came in and put the door up for another $1500 perfectly except many scratches and molding put on incorrectly. His son stole three pieces of 12 foot pressure-treated wood that had nothing to do with the job. Do not trust or pay ROGER Tracy is a thief. Look at the other reviews on yelp and everywhere else we have made a mistake and we are going forward with charges.

I hired this company to remodel my kitchen and they did a great job. They showed up when they said they would and completed the job when they said they would I could not be happier with the final finish. I do read reviews and know that some people write bad reviews for so many reasons, I had a great experience. I am fixing to hire them again after first of the year to remodel my master bath

I am answering to a review that Mary Kirby wrote.. This is a person we did not work for at any time and is the ex girlfriend of my son. I am pursuing a slander case at this time. We work hard to make sure our customers are satisfied with the final product. I have reported this post to google for slander and would appreciate that any potential customers can understand this and know this is a anger ex-girlfriend of my son. Not someone we worked for.

They did a fantastic job tiling our shower and painting the walls. I will hire them again and recommend them to do your home. Very nice and was great to work with.

I have never hired this company, but if I were looking for a remodeling company, I would look elsewhere. Ayrielle is their daughter so off the bat, that’s a fake review. Although they are both currently incarcerated, their sons Dustin and Devin have both worked for the company on and off over the years. Both of them have an extensive history of drug use and theft which will pop up on google if you type in the first and last name. They also at one point, employed a Carpenter named Adam who has a drug history. These are the kind of people they are letting or have let inside your homes, and had handling your expensive projects.

Roger, Randy and their crew did a wonderful job on our condo. The scope of work was to remove and replace laminate in the kitchen, rear entry hall, master bath and upstairs bath with a flooring of our choice. Remove a 1 piece tub unit and replace it with a shower unit and glass door we had previously purchased. Stretch carpet in the upstairs bedrooms and hall. Apply knock down texture in the upstairs bathroom and paint both bathrooms. When we discussed the scope of work, our thoughts on flooring was waterproof vinyl. Turned out to be ceramic tile. There was no up charge. We even added back splash to the contract for a very reasonable fee. We’re giving a 4 star review instead of 5 because the project took longer than previously stated, with an adjustment for the extra work, due to employee issues, but it was completed within a week. Roger did everything in his power to make sure we were happy and even stepped in and did the work himself when an employee didn’t show up. We have been in the contracting business, therefore, we understand the challenges. Particularly, when remodeling, there are always surprises. A-Affordable Remodeling LLC did a good job for a reasonable price in a timely manner. Keith and Dianne Pelletier
