ROCKY MOUNT A MONTH LATER AND YOU STILL WON’T CONTACT ME, IF I DON’T HEAR FROM YOU SOON, AS IN TODAY, I WILL START THE PROCESS OF TAKING YOU TO COURT. The crew was fantastic. Told that they would show up between 7:30 and 8:00 and they were here at 7:45 they wasted no time getting right to work. The tree that they were removing was very challenging due to where it was located. It took them all day but they managed to get this massive black lotus down without any damage from what I can tell to my neighbor’s property. Their pricing was extremely reasonable. I would highly recommend them.

Amazing crew! Showed up for a free quote fully equipped and ready to go. Leo was willing to work with me on payment and got the job done. Highly recommend! Will only be calling them when I’m ready to get more trees removed.

Had to have trees removed after the tornado, which was done in a somewhat timely manner, but then the problems started. My fence was further damaged during their work and the invoice for the tree removal was too vague for my insurance. When asked for a more detailed invoice for the insurance, and after several phone calls, I was assured it would be sent. 1 month later and still no invoice because they’ve already been paid. He also offered us wood chips from our trees, which I did agree to, but then he dumped 5 truckloads from other sites on our property and NEVER came to spread the mulch out as agreed to. We will not be using them again.

I hired Matthew tree service to cut down a large oak tree in my backyard, and he subbed it out to Leos Tree Service! I was told that after the tree was cut down that all of the wood would be towed away and cleaned up and the stump grinded! Leo’s crew did a good job cutting down tree but left two big piles of tree slabs from the trunk that are so big I cannot budge them I have made several phone calls and asked for them to come remove them as they are an eyesore in my backyard I paid over $3000 for this service and have not received what I was promised. Leo needs to come remove these big pieces of wood from the backyard from the tree that he cut down. He did a great job. His crew is efficient but the removal was not satisfactory because they left it.
