Five years ago, following repeated flooding during rain storms, Legacy designed and installed a drainage system for our residential property. The system has worked as designed ever since. The quality of the installation and workmanship was flawless. Despite the recent record-level rains here in Waco, the system has held up with no problems. I had put out the work for bid with several reputable local companies, and Legacy won on both financial and technical grounds.

The salesman Donny came and then presented a proposal. The price is fair. The work was started a few days later. The workers came and were on time, professional and courteous. Donny came a few times to make sure we were satisfied. Some companies leave debris all over the lawn and a mess. This company used a ground cover sheet and picked up the mess. Professionalism. We hope to call them again for future work.

Between the ice storm of 2021 and the following years of drought our landscaping needed a major renovation. We contacted David after a recommendation from a neighbor and he promptly responded. David came out, looked at our property and listened to our concerns. He drew up a plan for our consideration and with a few plant tweaks he provided us with a fair quotation which we accepted. Legacy quickly got to work and completed the job promptly including repairs to our irrigation system which we found during the work. I would recommend them as they are professional and courteous.

I had a flooding situation with a residential property. I felt like these folks took the problem seriously, and they devised a situation that not only worked, but also improved the look of my property. They even took time to rearrange some limestone rock that was in the way. If they put half of the care into your project that they did into mine, you’ll be happy.

From the day they started until the day they finished, Legacy was outstanding. Their workers were friendly. They showed up on time and worked hard. They did everything right the first time, which can’t be said often! I will use them again, and again in the future as we continue to build homes in the Waco area!
