We are very pleased with our roof replacement from ProRoofing. From start to finish, Mayson worked with us to make sure that we understood the process and answered all of our questions. He is very knowledgeable and professional and follows through with all aspects of the project. The crew was able to complete our roof replacement in 2 days and did an outstanding job. There were a few unforeseen issues with our roof that were handled immediately. We highly recommend ProRoofing.

We had an excellent experience with Pro Roofing! Experts in handling the insurance claim for our new roof and our account rep Mayson stayed with the build beginning to end, never seen that before. We are thrilled with the outstanding roof repairs provided by Mayson. He was quick and on time, professional, and gave us a thorough roof evaluation. We previously had a different roofing company take a look and recommended a replacement. Mayson was honest and told us our roof was not older than 5 years old and showed us a video of our roof inspection to prove it. Found out by our insurance, our roof was in fact, 5 years old. The tune up and shingle repairs were fairly priced and it was evident he really takes pride in his work. All of our questions were answered, we felt comfortable, and the customer service was fantastic. “Roofing professional” is a great description for him and ProRoofing. We would recommend Mayson for any family and friends future roofing repairs!
