My tile roofing was installed by Drury Brothers in 2017 thru the builder and recently there were some displaced tiles. My home warranty agency tried to hire Drury Bros for the repair but they said they were too busy to accept so we hired another contractor. Upon inspection of the roof, the contractor discovered the underlayment material to be defective. Drury Brothers used a 15 lb felt instead of a minimum 35 lb felt required for roof tiles. New contractor is not sure how this passed inspection. Also not sure how long this substandard underlayment will last on my heavier tile roof. This is unacceptable! Customers beware of this practice.

Dylan was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, I appreciate his his help very much! I have had Drury do my roof in the past I recommend their work.

The roof inspector was honest with his explanation of not yet ready for a new roof. It is good to know that there are companies out there who don’t take advantage of customers and insurance companies. When my roof is ready for a new roof, I’m going only with Drury Brothers Roofing.

Very poor communication, will not return phones calls! I received an estimate from drury brothers roofing and was happy with the recommendation and estimate to fix the roof. I was ready to schedule the fix but still have not received any communication back. Sure you might be short staffed or be busy but at least let your customer know what’s going on! Two months later and still no word. I have called them 5 times and I was told someone would get back with me but still no word!

Drury Brothers put 2 different roofs on my house and did a great job both times. About 5 years after my first roof was put on a bad hail storm made my roof a total loss so they helped me with a roof inspection and working with my insurance. With my new roof I also added gutters and those turned out amazing as well! Great customer service and always professional. Will use again and recommend to my friends and family.
