Greenling Roofing replaced our original tile roof. From Dan doing the estimate, to the Project Manager Mike and every team member who came to do the work, all were friendly and professional. Each crew did a decent job of clean up. There were no billing surprises. No funds were required up front until work commenced. They handled all permitting and helped us work with our HOA. We would definitely recommend them.

OK. So if you have been in SW FL a while, you know that the best contractors are the ones with a track record. Greenling Roofing is a Naples family and they worked hard on my project to earn this review. The quote covered rot that they knew was there, from experience. Once they did demo, they found a bit more than any of us expected. They just took pictures, did the work, expertly, and all the work was within the scope of the original quote. No surprises. This company works like a family that wants to maintain a good reputation in their hometown. Grade A and the work looks great! Thanks guys!

Greenling did a great job on our new tile roof on Marco Island. After the job, we had a problem with cement staining some of our tiles. Incredibly, soon after I reported it, Greenling sent several men out to solve the problem without any pushback. They worked on it many days and it now it looks great. It’s hard to find such service these days.

Greenling Roofing did an amazing job on my roof repair. The most important thing that I learned is that without being able to see what was was under the tile roof that had a leek, it’s difficult to provide an accurate estimate. Danny Greenling estimated the repair cost of $3,000+ which I accepted. The good news is that once his workers actually did the repair, he calculated the invoice on actual time and materials. The final invoice was only $1,255. This demonstrates how ethical the company is! His workers were excellent and kept me informed on what they found and what needed to be done to fix it as they were doing the job. I would highly recommend Greenling Roofing.

Absolutely incredible company!! We scheduled our new roof prior to Hurricane Ian. Certain that we would be put on hold to accommodate people with greater need, everything progressed as planned. If you are looking for a roofing company that has an excellent reputation in the Naples FL area, give them a call. There is a reason why they have been in business here for so long. Good people, good family, good roofing company. There when you need them, trustworthy and affordable. As good as it gets. They came through for us at a time when other companies didn’t and that is something that you don’t forget!

We used Greenling Roofing for a full re-roof on our 30-year-old home and could not be happier with the service and workmanship. The entire team was timely, responsive, professional and friendly. A plumbing pipe was cracked during the tear-off and they were quick to respond and fix the issue. They told us the job would take a full week but they worked so hard to get it finished in 3 days. My driveway and yard looked better than before they arrived thanks to an impeccable job cleaning up after themselves. Will definitely be recommending this family owned & operated business to everyone I know.
