The team at Cathedral Roofing was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to explain all my options in detail, not knowing much about roofing. Not only are they informative but probably the nicest people I have met. The owner John and his crew care about the customer and do honest and exceptional work. The crew arrived promptly within a days notice and worked tirelessly to get the job done right. Having roof issues in Florida is very worrying and extremely frustrating finding the right company is also very important for your average customer making sure they are reputable knowledgeable and trustworthy is one of the most important aspects.Well we found all that and more at Cathedral Roofing who came right out,we were impressed with John who even knowing how frustrated we were was pleasant reassuring knowledgeable about our issues jumping right in to help us find and fix our roof leaks and start repairing them, Affordable knowledgeable Quickly Diagnosing the problems and repairs was phenomenal I would highly recommend this company hands down!! And will use them in the future because it’s Florida and this environment can be volatile, and you need a reliable contractor and company like Cathedral Roofing .

We had a great experience. Quick and thorough communication as well as service. Our roofing issue was fixed in a very timely fashion. Everyone we dealt was polite and thorough. Work was done well. Will definitely recommended and use again if we need anything in the future.

I’ve known the good folks at Cathedral for several years and have used them for our repairs as we’ve needed them. Most recently I connected with Karen and within an hour someone was there to look at our problem and later in the afternoon, the supervisor and crew were there starting to repair. They are incredibly responsive, authentic and so easy to do business with when dealing with what could easily become a stressful time. We highly recommend the team at Cathedral Roofing!

You and your house are covered! Cathedral Roofing puts the integrity of your roof and customer service as their top priorities. We had called them to repair a broken roof tile that we had noticed. John got back to me right away, that afternoon, and then came out that evening to repair! Plus, he noticed a couple of other compromised tiles and was kind enough to also repair those as a courtesy. Our tile roof was damaged during Hurricane Ian in 2022. We secured estimates from several reputable roofing companies but really were only impressed with the representative and presentation from Cathedral Roofing. It took about a year, and a lawsuit, to convince our homeowner’s insurance company they needed to do the right thing and replace the roof, throughout which Sean and others at Cathedral’s office did everything humanly possible to expedite anything needed to move our case forward. We cannot say enough good things about our beautiful new tile roof. From prep for removal of the old roof through the new installation and cleanup afterward, it was a very smooth process. We would highly recommend this company to anyone needing or wanting a new roof.

If you ever have any roofing issues I would strongly recommend that you contact Cathedral Roofing…one stop shopping ! Once you contact them you become a priority. Dear Mr. Jonathan Smith & Ms. Karen Smith, We would like to sincerely Thank You and Your Staff for the great job performed on our roof replacement. From the beginning, Darnell Guyadeene and Bob Bamper did the roof assessment, worked with the insurance company representatives, the lawyer’s representatives, assessors, etc. They were required to come out to our home multiple times and always arrived early, were extremely professional and knowledgeable to provide the information needed. They both had excellent communication and follow-up. Darnell and Bob were instrumental in aligning all parties involved to make the proper decision regarding our roof damage from Hurricane Ian requiring a full replacement. In addition, they were very helpful to us in deciding on the style and color of the roof tiles (not an easy decision for me). Once all parties agreed and a settlement was reached, Chad Eggleston oversaw the project. He was amazing, very professional with a focus on the details. We know nothing about roofs in Florida, but Chad took the time to inform us about every aspect of the job (for example the “bird stop”… we had never heard of this before), and he worked with us to pick the proper colors for the Bird Stop, Gutters and even the down spouts that we were going to paint (that weren’t being replaced). He was in constant contact and oversaw every aspect of the job. Chad had wonderful suggestions and took the time to ensure all the details were thought of in advance, so the overall project came out great and we would be happy with the result…. and now I notice when others missed the details. The result of all these details, follow-up and excellent communication resulted in a truly exceptional completed roof. We have strangers constantly stopping by to compliment our roof, including one interior designer that said our roof is the nicest one they have seen!!! In addition, I was playing golf this week and the woman I was playing with said she plays with a woman that every time they are playing on our hole, she comments how beautiful our roof is, she loves it! This result of an extremely professional job from start to finish is a direct result of your staff that worked on it. People always notice when things go wrong, so we want to take the time to sincerely thank Darnell, Bob, Chad and their staff for a tremendous job well done and a pleasure to work with.
