Full disclosure: I have never worked with Malibu Roofing Corp., only dealt with their abhorrent customer service. I called to ask if they had a stroller turned in since their google maps location says they are located where the stroller was left (it’s a fabricated address, not sure if it’s a mailing address, regardless should not be on google for consumers) Two female associates who answered calls wouldn’t even discuss & hung up on me multiple times. I’m sure if you bring them work (ie $$) they’d be happy to discuss, but their lack of care has turned me off from using them on our house project.

The entire experience- from scoping the project, to the hard-working, polite, crew, who got it all done in one day (replacing the entire roof and underlying boards) including thorough prepping and clean-up! Highly recommend.

Recently had my roof done and I can honestly say that I am super pleased with the result. The roof looks amazing, the price was fantastic and all of the guys who came to work on it were very respectful and got everything done very efficiently.
