My wife and I hired the right contractor to do our roof after hurricane Ian. Anytime I called with a question I was given accurate, courteous, helpful answers by the wonderful girls in the office. The company was excellent about notifying us when the work would begin. And from start to finish, it only took 2 to 3 weeks. The workers were friendly. It was a pleasure for us to have them on our property, and they were meticulous about cleaning up at the end of the day. The roof looks beautiful.

The choice of a roofing company is based on reputation, reliability, quality of insulating material, cost and references provided by friends and neighbors. I made this choice after observing the installation of four roofs by Saint Raphael, all in our community, and all to the satisfaction of the house owners. Saint Raphael installers were hard workers and well-coordinated. The job was accomplished in the time frame promised. A particular thank you goes to Keith Kuchenbecker, Senior Manager, who came to the site several times, during and after the installation. His courteous and friendly manners were matched by Heather Powell, who made sure we would obtain an expeditious mitigation permit, Ailenis Cabrera, who provided a detailed description of the work, Donna Oriano, at the reception, who never made me wait on the phone. Last, but not least, the gutter crew, who fixed and added drains. Thank you, Saint Raphael, for satisfying all of the above requirements and making a customer happy.

The whole staff at St. Rafael Roofing has been very professional and great to work with, starting with Steve in Sales and certainly Heather in Customer Support coordinating with the large demo and tile installer group as well as the Gutter guys to finish the job in a timely manner. Excellent experience from start to finish! We were given a quote immediately after contacting and pricing was extremely fair and reasonable. Tile selection at the show room was simple and seamless. Tiles were delivered almost immediately and once work began it was 3 weeks start to finish. The only delays were due to permitting but that was all the fault of the county. Heather was professional, friendly, and courteous throughout our entire re-roof project and even afterwards when we reached out for documents. Can’t recommend this roofing company enough, and needless to say the new roof is gorgeous!

St. Raphael Roofing was simply exceptional! Everything else with Hurricane Ian has been painful and stressful, but this company actually made us feel good from start to finish. They were detailed oriented, answered all questions fully, and did a thorough clean up each day. No problem passing multiple inspections with the City either. I heartily recommend St. Raphael to all.

Our experience working with Heather Powell Of Saint Raphael Roofing has been nothing short of stellar! She has been Extremely knowledgeable, professional, timely, a delight to work with, informative, and overall, very helpful and accessible. We experienced all sorts of troubles with the village of Estero with permitting and she helped guide us through that and numerous other details and kept Our work order in.que even though the Permitting issue Had an unknown Resolution date. Now that we finally cleared permitting, she has scheduled us in immediately! We couldn’t be happier with working with Heather and Saint Raphael roofing so far!. Mitch & Judy, Estero, FL
