We recently added some light tunnels to our home. In doing so we interacted with several people fr Watkins all of whom were professional, courteous, and customer focused. The tunnels were installed at a fair price and the tunnels look great.

I had a lot of companies come out and evaluate my roof/give me an estimate, but NOBODY compared to Watkins. The customer service is phenomenal and the quality of work was great. Multiple homes in my area are getting full roof replacements, but mine was done faster and with less mess AND it’s fortified! Thanks Watkins!

These guys are squared away with their processes, procedures, and customer service, great communications with the customer, and constant contact throughout the job with photos from the ground and a drone. They go the extra mile with protection all around the house for windows, outdoor structures, air-conditioning units, and anything else that might get damaged by roofing debris falling. Time will tell about the quality, but it sure looked good to us. They are really hot on these reviews so you know that they really care about getting good marks and taking care of their customers. Having gone through a lot of roof replacements before, I’d say Walker is the best I’ve seen, easily.

All the employees of Watkins involved with my roof repair were professional and super nice. Eric was my first contact. He talked to me about what was happening, looked at the evidence of the leak inside,, examined the roof and took pictures inside and out. He was very considerate and polite. He came a second time to take more pictures and a third time to deliver the contract. Stephanie kept me up to date on the schedule. We had a problem with rain delays. Chad, the project manager, was very friendly and pleasant and carefully explained to me what needed to be done. Since the repair I have had no leak. I am so thankful to Watkins Construction

Watkins did a really nice job repairing our roof and chimney flashing. I am very satisfied with the quality of their work! They were especially good at communicating and very easy to work with. I would highly recommend Watkins for all your roofing needs!
