Mr. Michael J. Jacobazzi, President/CEO RCU Roofing Concepts Unilimited On behalf of Bimini Association/Wynmoor Community… Too often we get busy and do not take the time to give feedback when a job is executed well. I would be remiss if I didn’t do it right now. Three of the Bimini buildings met with three reputable companies to determine which company should be awarded the contract. We needed to do a complete tear down and installation of a new roof. The 3 Directors of these buildings voted unanimously to go with RCI. While I was impressed with your proposal presentation, the thoroughness of content, you willingly took the time to answer every question we had. You took the time to explain every detail to help us understand the answer to our questions. You were generous with your time and patience basically educating us. Needless to say, you prepared us for the other two bidders. My residents and I have watched how another roof company did two buildings within our circle. The difference between your company and the other vendor is night and day. The residents are honest and they carefully watched each roof being done. The feedback from residents from our building as well as those at the pool that were paying close attention to the work being performed only supports that we made the right decision to go with RCI. I would recommend you without hesitation to another company or person looking for a roof replacement. Interesting enough, among the residents that have provided insight on major projects have engineering and roofing backgrounds. I especially pay attention to what they offer and their comments which were more than complimentary but they took notice of the fine details observed that impressed them as well. I would like to share feedback with you that I have witnessed as well as the resident’s input. • Preparation: Notices posted on every unit on top floor as well as all floors, entrances, exits giving them sufficient time notice • Environment: Attention was clear while RCI saw people walking, parking, walkways, entering/exiting illustrates their focus to ensuring no one is hurt. There were flags, cautions signs to restrict them from entering an area they should not be in. • Employees: dedicated, friendly and polite employees. It is obvious that each employee has their specific job and are very proficient. RCI’s name is prominent on employee shirts, signage, trucks. They’re organized, professional, and are there early and till at least 5. When you see the reduction of material daily, I had to do a double take yesterday. The pallets have disappeared to just a few pallets. • Operational: The efficiency of constant movement throughout the day. Crane lowering the old roof into trucks that haul away repetitively. The forklifts picking up and moving pallets constantly. • Building protection: elevator floors protected all the way to the roof hatch. I particularly noticed that there wasn’t a spot on it after 2 full weeks. There is no debris anywhere to be seen. Clean-up each day was noticeable. They took care in protecting our pavers, catwalks and elevator. The roof looks like it’s almost complete. I don’t have to wait for the final completion as your staff is exemplary. The daily progress is noticeable. I am delighted that we went with RCU. Your company is incredible…outstanding actually. Buildings 3402 and 3403 residents have been watching the progress at our building and are raving about how good and efficient you are and consistently moving. They’re feedback to me on our building indicates that they’re happy with their directors’ choice. The best way to describe this RCI is a well-oiled machine. Michael, thank you from start to finish. 3404 is grateful. See photo below… 99.9% complete as they are cleaning the site. Thank you again!

We have used Roof Dr’s for several years now and are extremely pleased with the quality of work that they have preformed for us. Very professional employees as well. When it comes time to replace our roof, Roof Dr’s is who will be doing our replacement.

RMS Building Envelope Consultants had the pleasure of working with Roofing Concepts Unlimited on a large commercial re-roofing project for Pine Crest Village Condominium in Fort Lauderdale, and I am extremely impressed with their level of professionalism and expertise. From the initial consultation to the final inspection, the team at RCU Roofing Contractor was knowledgeable, efficient, and courteous. The project was completed on time and within budget, and the end result is nothing short of outstanding. The new roof looks fantastic and is sure to provide many years of protection for the building and its residents. I want to sincerely thank RCU/Roof Doctors for a great reroofing experience. RCU recently completed reroofing the three buildings at our Brookside Square Shopping Center in Coral Springs totaling 81,365 square feet, comprised of Publix, DaVita and a variety of retail stores. What a great job! The entire RCU staff, and especially Michael Jacobazzi and Phillip Brearey, were always communicative, responsive and a pleasure to work with. I was impressed that they took care to communicate directly with our tenants to keep everyone aware of what work was being done and make sure that everyone was satisfied. For over 20 years we have had an excellent working relationship with RCU/Roof Doctors. They provided exceptional service maintaining our roofs in top-notch condition which helped extend their life. We were always very satisfied with their work, their professionalism, and their responsiveness, so they were naturally the preferred contractor to use for the reroofing jobs. Fortunately, their proposals were competitive, and we were happy to be able to contract with them for the work. We will continue to work with RCU and Roof Doctors on other properties and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for reroofing and roof maintenance.

RCU did a great job replacing our entire roof. Very communicative throughout the entire process. Workers were professional and did a great job cleaning up at the end of each day so our yard wasn’t filled with debris. Overall, very happy with the experience and would highly recommend.

Anthony & Michael Jacobazzi, It is a pleasure that I write this review. First may I thank you, your company and all your hard-working employees for a job well done, hurricanes,summer heat, and typical rains may have slowed some of our progress, but RCU, still completed the job. Thank you!! May I outline the long relationship that Golden Lakes Village “A” has had with your fine company. RCU has been “on the job” in GLV”A” before I was a member of the Board of Directors, 2011, I believe. In 2015, GLV “A” began an ambitious program to replace a large number (70 + building roofs). We hired an engineering firm to provide specifications and guidance for this plan. Competitive bids were obtained from various companies of the size and financial strength to complete this project. RCU was awarded the contract to replace roofs along with 4 community laundry roofs. The total cost of this project was over $3,500,000.00. RCU was selected based on criteria such as quality of past replacements, co-operation with the Board to minimize disruption to residents, adherence to defined specifications for the work and use of materials as specified. Price, although a consideration was not the driving factor, behind our decision to award the contract to RCU. We now have completed Phase II, III, and IV with your company. This is a professional company from the word go. Always ahead of the curve. They replaced our community clubhouse of almost 20,000 square feet and did the job just as they promised. Every day the workers showed up, did what they had to and cleaned up like they were never there that day. Even the residents remarked about how professional the workers were and how clean the clubhouse property was left. This is definitely a company to consider when doing a roofing job! I did an online search for a commercial roofer and came across RCU. They were extremely professional and came out same day to provide me with an estimate. They did a fantastic job replacing old roof.
