We were referred to K Single Corp when our solar installer informed us of a problem with our roof that wasn’t picked up during inspection. We had to scramble fast to keep the project on track. K Single turned around a quote and start date super quick. The job was done great and we’re well satisfied. Good work under pressure.

Contacted K Single Corp for a structural repair to my roof. They came out on a Friday to do the estimate and send they would email me with it on Monday. I never received the estimate, it’s been 3 weeks and I’ve made several follow up calls without ever receiving a return phone call.

It was easy to call and organize a visit from the estimator, Jose. Jose had a sharp eye and was able to spot the issue with the roof immediately, much quicker than other roofers, without even us pointing out the issue. He immediately (within the first two minutes of us meeting) provided a different solution than other roofers I had called, and wrote a cost estimate without breaking out tasks into line items. This >$3000 number was scribbled on a piece of paper that he took when he left. Jose said he would email me the details, but never got back. I called them two weeks later, and they said they would send it right over. I called them again a week later, and they promised they’d send it over. It’s been over a month and I haven’t seen the estimate yet. Needless to say, this was a waste of time, and after talking to a few more contractors, I question the competence, professionalism, and thoroughness of K Single Corp. I wouldn’t waste your time calling these folks, as it didn’t result in us getting closer to solving the problem.

This company came highly recommended to me. I now understand why. They came out within days of my first call, to give me a quote on my roof leak. They were able to closely match my shingle color, and fixed everything in one day. It looks great and the leak is fixed. I would use them again if I have future issues.
