Recently my central air quit working, I called my home warranty company and they sent a contractor to my home. The company tried to sell me a whole new A/C system for 7k. I didn’t agree with their diagnosis so I called Oasis. I spoke to Ms Ashley. She was professional and courteous. She promptly sent someone to my house. Mr Joey came out with his crew and diagnosed the problem almost instantly. He told me what the problem was, and what it would take to fix it. The next day his technicians came back to my house and had my A/C working within a half an hour. His technicians were on time, professional, didn’t leave a mess like other companies. I highly recommend Oasis to everyone. They are truly the right people for your A/C and heating problems. Way to go Oasis! I would give you 10 stars if Google would let me!!

I manage a restaurant and we have had a great experience with Joe at Oasis. He was able to come to us waaaay faster than I could even have imagined. He was very helpful in giving us options and explaining the reasons for what we should do now, and other things to work on in the future. Would recommend to anyone!

When moving to a new area, finding reliable and trustworthy repairmen is a challenge. 18 degree temps made it a necessity. Oasis on Pumpkin Center Rd in Hammond, LA came out the very next day. I was dreading the cost of the repair as I’m on a fixed income. Much to my surprise, it was very minor and under $100. Last night I slept so soundly thanks to Oasis. I will definitely call them for servicing my AC in the future.

Needing a new HVAC system can be frightening, especially when the bill would be high. No one wants to get taken advantage of, but who to trust? Oasis came highly recommended from several people in the area. We called, got a professional visit and an estimate for the new system. My wife’s brother does HVAC work in another state and we asked him, using the general specs of our house. Oasis’ quote came almost dead center in his range of what it should have cost. Installation was professional and wonderful. Recommend at the highest levels.
