If I could give a negative 5 I would This is directed at the Alexandria branch, they advertise on 93.4FM that they do residential and offer a veterans discount… After finally getting in touch with them they wouldn’t even come out to my house and give me an estimate Megan said”we’ll have to decline because we are book out two weeks then we take care of it commercial customers” I am a disabled veteran and this is there so called respect for veterans live up to you ads

The lady in the office was very disrespectful, rude and unprofessional. They took weeks to come out to do the job and didn’t even finish. They billed for the entire quote and wouldn’t come back to complete the job. The receptionist was yelling over the phone saying we had to pay the whole bill. Would never go back.

This place is trying to way over charger me 5500 for plumbing rough in and a plumber from another town 1500 witch sounds like a way better deal for the same work um it sounds way expensive to me how about you
