Our experience has been that when we need plumbing services it is usually abrupt and immediate so that requesting multiple quotes is not practical. What’s required is timely availability, and knowledgeable technicians appropriate for the job to be performed. Alliance Plumbing and Drain has consistently performed well from the time of request for service to the completion of the task. The Techs provided have not only been highly skilled, they’ve been punctual and considerate. If there are follow-up concerns their response is swift and any issues satisfactorily resolved. Nick & Matt are amazing. Replaced faulty shower valve in minutes. We were not even home & they came , they repaired and waited for me to get back to test. You can trust them even when you are not around. Highly recommend !!!

I newer thought I would call plumbing services at 11pm, but unfortunately my main sewer line was clogged and the water started coming out from shwer drain. I could not fix it myself and I called Alliance for help. Dmitry picked the phone and scheduled appointment next morning. His team has arrived as scheduled and did pretty good job not only cleaning the pope but also diagnosed the problem. The sewer line pipe had to be replaced, it was damaged and bent, so it created standing water preventing free water flow. We agreed to replace it and next day team of 4 has dag out and replaced the pipe. All was done on one day, leaving job site almost with no mess. Great job Alliance! I would definitely recommend this company for your plumbing jobs.

4/24/24. We used them again today. We got new counters and a new sink. one of the sinks did not line up with the old plumbing. Very difficult configuration. (consider where the holes are any time you get a new sink). Alex and Vitali had to take some time to figure out what would work . Once they had they gave me s fair estimate and completed the job. 2/25/22. I tried to fix a leaky faucet on my shower. I ended up twisting and breaking the fitting. The technicians that came out were both named Nick and were polite and professional. From the time I called them until the time they left was only 2 hours. I couldn’t be happier with this company. Repairs are never fun, but dealing with good people certainly takes away some of the sting.

I reached out to Alliance because my water heater was not working. They sent Nick and Matt to investigate the issue. They were both very professional and efficient. Nick did a great job of explaining the issue and providing several possible solutions. It was clear that he was being honest about the matter and was not just trying to make a quick buck. I’ll definitely call Alliance again if I am in need of their services.
