I was searching online for a reputable plumber and came across Desert Rooter Plumbing. Carlos came to inspect the leak near our primary bathroom, looked tirelessly to detect where the leak was coming from, and fixed as appropriate, preventing a potentially bigger loss for us. Very knowledgeable and professional. Carlos came out at the time he said he would (which was the same day) and was able to solve the clogged drain mystery very quickly!!. I appreciated his hardwork and that he took the time to explain the situation to me. Highly recommend!

There was a leak next to my garage that was coming from under the concrete slab. I called Desert Rooter Plumbing and Carlos showed up right when he said he would. He found the leak within the first hour of being on the job site and had it fixed by late afternoon. I couldn’t be happier with the job Carlos did and will 100% use him again in the future. He did a professional job and he did it right the first time.

I heard the water running in the wall when no water was on. Bad sign. Called Desert Rooter Plumbing and Leak Detection. Carlos was here within an hour. Found the leak and fixed it. I’m sooo fortunate to have called them first. Wonderful service, expert professional plumber, really know what they are doing.

Carlos did a fantastic job. He detected a slow leak in the wall between back-to-back bathrooms in my home. He worked diligently to stop the leak and once all the work was done by a mold remediation company, he came back and put in new pipes. He then had to come back to install new bathroom fixtures (sinks & faucets). This was a major job and Carlos was up to the task! He took care of everything. He is my “go-to” plumber. I will definitely use him again if I have a plumbing problem. I highly recommend Desert Rooter Plumbing & Leak Detection.

Carlos took my call without an issue and gave me an estimate without a hassle. He explained the process and answered all my questions. Carlos checked my showers for a leak, gave me a report, and photos of the problem areas. I would recommend him to other homeowners with any plumbing issue.
