Had a few hiccups with the scheduling, but the work was top notch. The crew went above and beyond. Instead if digging up the brick and replacing it with concrete, they sawed the mortar and put it all back together when done. When they were done I couldn’t even tell someone had dug up my whole yard an hour before.

Vincent came out to inspect my home, and instead of trying to sell me services, he quickly pointed out that my sewage system was compliant. He didn’t even charge for the inspection. He also helped me map out my sewage system. Vincent is an expert; he saved me $20 grand during a half hour visit to my property. If you need work done on your sewage system, definitely start with Sewer Master. I couldn’t recommend his services more.

Vincent and Sewer Master are expert, honest, and reliable. He took the time to thoroughly assess the situation before providing an accurate estimate of the work needed. Other companies eyeballed it and could have cost us a whole lot more with unnecessary work. Vincent and Sewer Master completed everything as planned in less than a week, and we now have our EBMUD PSL Certificate before the deadline. Highly recommend going with Sewer Master and not bothering with other companies. Will happily use them again when needed, thank you Vincent!!

We contacted Sewer Master to conduct an assessment of our Sewer Lateral. Vincent was responsive to our inquiry and scheduled an appointment to come to our home. He arrived promptly at our appointment time, completed a thorough assessment and outlined our options. I got an email from this company that they are offering a free sewer lateral inspection and estimate repairs for listings. We scheduled an inspection that was supposedly conducted the next morning. Day later we emailed them to ask if the inspection is ready and they told us “they are not bidding on the project”. We lost time and now need to find and schedule someone new. VERY unprofessional.

Vincent and his team are awesome. I shopped around for a couple different quotes and Sewer Master came through with the lowest offer. Plus they were highly recommended so I decided to go with them for the replacement of my ancient sewer piper in the backyard. The pipe was destroyed by giant tree roots to the point that it was pretty much non-existent. Despite the giant mess of a pipe that was in my yard, when they were done they went above and beyond to try to make the disturbance to my yard as minimal as possible. Super super quick, super professional and you can tell they care about the long term results of their work.

Vincent and his team came to my house first, did an evaluation of what needed to be done and gave me a quote. He went through it and explained everything that I would be paying for. When they came out to actually do the work they worked all day and kept us updated on the progress. All of it was finished in 2 day. I would highly recommend the services they offer.
