Watch out, this guy will tell you a price and then will will over charge you!! Do not do business with Swptic Maintenance! Hie has hidden fees of 200dollars per hour, he will charge you even for his driving time! Absolutely awful!

I am writing this comment because I feel is my duty to warn people about the way Garry with Broach Plumbing Services is conducting business. Gary, he will sweet talk your head off and then, he will rip you off!!! I hired Gary on April 25th, to replace my septic pump. I asked him how much is going to cost me, he told me is around 3000 dollars. I figured is a reasonable price so, I hire the guy and after he install the pump, he told me my final bill is 4785 dollars. When I asked him, why such discrepancy, he didn’t had a good explanation. Later after I wrote him the check for the full amount, my husband called Garry to ask why such difference? He mentioned to my husband that he charged me 200 dollars/hour, “emergency rate”, rate that he never disclose to me at the time when I hired him! Hidden fees I guess! He did not worked five hours in total! If I new at the time when I hired Garry that he is charging me such rate, I wouldn’t ever hire the guy, here to mention that we changed sewer pumps before and no one ever charged us the outrageous 200 dollars/ hour rate. Never in my life I had such a discrepancy from the initial bid to the final bill. My fault was that I didn’t get a written estimate! I am here to warn people about the way, Garry is doing bussines so you won’t get scammed, as I did. If I had the option I will give the guy zero stars!
