Shoddy work. Unbelievably slow. I get it not all things go as planned. I have worked maintenance for 23 years and never left sheet rock holes in the wall. If you cut it out you patch it up. I’m over 60 and a heart patient. Insulation left behind the refrigerator and the dust from sheet rock and cut out parts left for the home owner but not the main plug. And operated the dishwasher a number of times to test but didn’t remove all of the plastic and spacers inside the dishwasher they just installed. Tech left the back door open most of the four hours that he was here and had turned the power off to the whole house. Guess he couldn’t read the one that says kitchen. My regular plumbers were several hundred less but these guys were here. Not to code. The project was not done to code and I had it documented with affidavit from another plumber. Whatever they are, they are not plumbers. Even left behind a $200 dollar tool. Guess I am getting the necessary consultants. The holes he made to the outside were three times larger than was necessary.

Heath, Johnny, Jason and Tate were all great to work with. Approachable, knowledgeable and kind. One project led to another unexpected project but they worked it into their schedule. When I had any questions or concerns, they were addressed quickly. A-List Plumbing was referred by my neighbor and I will definitely recommend them to my family, friends and other neighbors.

Working with Jason was fantastic (even though the situation itself was not). A-List Plumbing was great, very detailed and thorough, and helpful. Even though we ran into a few unexpected issues along the way A-List took great care of us. I swear I’ve tried almost every plumber in town. Im super happy with A-List’s quality of service, and glad I called them for this project. I know it would have been a nightmare if I didn’t.

I contacted A-List after having issues with another local plumbing company. Both Jason and Heath truly went above-and-beyond in helping diagnosis a complicated sewer issue. They were professional and honest in assessing the situation and figuring out solutions. I would recommend them without a doubt.
