Adam & Adam (father & son) came out & had our main drain line cleared out in less than an hour after I called them on a Sunday. After my wife made some doomsday pasta that was thicccccc & I thought it made perfect sense to flush it down the toilet on Friday, it seemed like all was right with the plumbing world. Fast forward to Saturday night after our daughter had showered & the laundry was draining, I’m playing a game in the living room & hear bubbling from the downstairs bathroom. Check on the toilet & the bubbling stopped – all good. A few minutes later, Niagara Falls is overflowing the lip of the toilet & we suddenly had no more dry towels in about 30 seconds. I tried a plunger. I tried acid. I tried a snake. I admitted defeat & called Instant Plumbing. They were here with their lawnmower-sized drain snake & had it opened up & flowing freely without even breaking a sweat & we finally got a much-needed shower. Moral of the story: don’t put pasta down the drain & if you do, call Instant Plumbing.

Instant Plumbing took care of my water heater problem quickly and without any issues. They tried to get my old water heater working, then went to Home Depot and helped me select my new water heater, and installed it all in the same day. If you want a plumber who is honest, efficient and caring, look no further. Instant Plumbing took care of my family and I like we were part of their family.

This review also includes an up date. The 1st time we had them come out was do to a broken bathroom pipe. Ralph the owner went above & beyond what was needed. He even brought in a few fan dryers to get the moisture out of the walls & floors (he let us use them until the insurance company brought in theirs). The 2nd time was a few months later, we where having our kitchen counters replaced. We already had an appointment scheduled for the sink hook up. When the counters were being installed I noticed that things weren’t looking right so I called Ralph and asked him about what I thought wasn’t correct, he answered my questions and then he stopped by my home within an hour to make sure the work was being done correctly. Instant Plumbing never charged extra for the above & beyond services. He & his employees showed up on time, were clean, when they were done left the areas of work cleaner than before, & the cost is very reasonable.

Exceptional experience with Instant Plumbing I called for a quote for my clogged bathroom sink and they answered on the first ring and was able to schedule a same day appointment. Price was right and within my budget, sink is clear and haven’t had a problem since
