Had outdoor spigot installed, they installed shut off valve incorrectly so had the pipe burst in winter. Called their emergency dispatch and they sent a different plumbing company out to fix the issue. Now Magic Men won’t honor their warranty. Had another pipe burst on this spigot, had a third company come out and it turns out Magic Men did not use correct type of pipe for this application that has high temp fluctuation. On top of that, they did not join the pipes correctly so the whole thing fell apart. Have to get the whole thing replaced barely 2 years after Edit response to owner: this work was done on our condo building. Please dm for details.

They fix everything for me and all my neighbors! Mike knows his craft and and built a phenomenal reputation on our block and the local buildings. He communicates promptly and always fixes the issue. The amount of experience he has is incredible.

Mike and his crew are the best. Always responsive, top quality equipment and info, these guys are the pros. We’ve used them several times over the years, they always take their time to explain everything, are very patient with uniformed clients (yours truly) and keep it honest.
