Have only talked to the lady who answered the call so far because of my need to have a lot of leniency in when I’m able to have them come to give me an estimate. She said to call and they would try to come out that day. Very nice and understanding. Used them about 20 yrs ago and am just now needing some repair.

They did a phenomenal job! Such a wonderful experience. They guys worked so fast , were on time and out that same day. Office was quick to communicate and answer my questions. They moved everything out and back in with no issues. Guys were friendly and helpful as well. Definitely would recommend!

Do not choose Sand Springs Carpet! They did an installation of all the floors in my new home. The installer did a terrible job and it is lifting up all over the house. 8 months later we are still trying to get it all replaced and no satisfaction.

Sand Springs Carpets have carpet layers that just glue down hall closet carpets and leave the front facing edging raw. They didn’t tuck it under to give it a finished look. They did finish the edges for all 3 bedrooms but the 3 hall closets were left with a raw edge facing out. Very unprofessional looking. They did not vacuum the newly installed carpets when they were done, leaving extra work for the home owner. Very unhappy with the work. I will not recommend this company.
