This store has pretty bad service attitude. An employee who didn’t know whether he was the boss or a store employee kept treating us with an arrogant attitude and kept emphasizing that they were not responsible for any problems that occurred after the sale. If a problem occurs, we are responsible for all errors. When I had questions to ask this employee, he kept answering all my questions with a “they can’t be responsible for anything” attitude. After leaving this store, I quickly found another store and quickly traded everything I wanted, and I was respected by others. If this employee was their boss, I believe that for such an unreasonable company, the current size of the company would be their limit. Or if this employee is just an ordinary clerk, then this boss is the most unlucky person in the world for inviting such a money-splitting boy to his store.

I live in Mahattan and I drove all the way to Flushing to fix problems with my cabinet installation. I bought here but used workers I found on newspaper that has less experience. I should have known better for my own good. The first store I called was this location after installation. These are beautiful cabinets and the installers ruined it. Owner of Global Flooring helped me to find problems with alignments and sticky drawers, cabinet doors. I should have taken his advice to hire licensed experience installers from here. you really get what you paid for, including remodeling and installation.

Thumbs up!!! Great service and quality of work. The owner is honest, straightforward and countable. The sales are extremely experienced and kind. I am from California and introduced by a good friend to United Booming Floor and Cabinet to renovate my Manhattan condo. The owner, Mr. Li has demonstrated his experience and knowledge to provide us excellent design, quality workmanship in details. We just started our renovations but they have done great job so far. As the renovations is still on going, I will update you all more. Stay tuned.

Global Flooring helped us renovating our home years ago and helped my daughter renovating her apartment last year. They did wonderful job and we are very happy for their work! The boss is very nice and responsible.

They must be too popular bc they didn’t seem to care for business at all. The staff barely wanted to interact and gave one word answers only and went back to playing with her phone. She sounded annoyed we were in the store. There were no other customers. Even though they had prices comparable to other stores, we felt strongly about not buying from them after how we were treated.
