Found A&S Floor Covering last year when we had a bad water leak. Serj was very helpful when we needed to find new flooring that was a good match to our old flooring that was discontinued. Called on them again, almost a year later, when we had another leak. Again, Serj and his installation crew were helpful, efficient, and did a great job.

Got my floors done was very disappointed with the labor the installers were very rude and serg not even one’s came to see the work that was getting done a very messy job would not get my floors done with serg and his Crew again would not recommend this store.

In Nov, I was looking for new carpeting, tried the big box stores and after being disappointed with price and customer I found this store close to my home. A & S Floor coverings at 21524 Sherman Way. Selection was excellent, sales person informative and I was delighted that it was going to cost a lot less with delivery installation and stain guard than the big box store. When they installed it, they did a great job, it looks terrific, but in the process something must have happened and there was damage to the floor to ceiling closet door and the molding around the door. I spoke to the owner and he had Aron here the next morning to inspect and plan the repair. A few days later Aron and another gentleman were at my home and put it all back together. In fact the door the crown molding and the mark on the wall was repaired better than it was previously. It all rolls easy on the tracks. So I was ahead of the game in price, the other stores did not have the sample I close and love, and in the ease of using that floor to ceiling closet. This is the first time I’ve ever went on yelp but my oldest son suggested it.

Our experience with Serge and A&S was beyond satisfying. From the time we walked into his store, my wife and I felt comfortable and we knew immediately that this was the store we would be buying from. We told Serge our carpeting needs and he gave us the perfect options to choose from. He also went out of his way to accommodate our schedule due to evacuating for the Wolsey fire. He also recommend a last minute tile installer we needed, due to scheduling, that was outstanding. He will be the only flooring expert we go to when we need work done .
