The quality of the material used was average, the quality of the work itself was bad. Had them do trim that started to come up or just was not glued down correct. They did not caulk at all, so there was space between the trim an the wall. The vinyl flooring in the kitchen came up after a month. The owner is hard to work with an very judgemental an clearly is set in his ways. Overall would not recommend.

We just moved to the area and needed to arrange for carpet and floors to be installed throughout the house within a very short window of time before the furniture arrived. Jim Park was able to accommodate us very nicely, and he is a wonderful communicator, keeping us in the loop constantly. We ended up loving our new Finzzi LV plank floors so much that we decided to add to the job while it was in progress and did the entire kitchen too. It looks beautiful and has a lovely wood grain texture (see picture!). The carpet, Dreamwever 55 oz., is the nicest, softest carpet we have ever had. All the installers were very professional and did a phenomenal job. The pricing was fair and upfront, and we have no complaints. Wonderful service and products. A++!

Thank you to Flooring Wholesale excellent workmanship. I really appreciate Jim Parks and his professional team for help with all my flooring. His team is very helpful and courteous. Timely installs on many projects at my properties. I highly recommend them and they have very competitive pricing, could not be more pleased! Five Stars!!!

I have about 200 units. I use this company over the bigger commercial companies. Jim can always match or beat their prices. But its nice to use a smaller company like this that can get things done fast and can work with you around budget, schedule, rushed schedule, weekends, etc. (Also their plank guy does a good job. Not all plank installers do a good job. But this company is consistent)

This is my second job with Jim. I choose a carpet that he had in stock and they installed within four days. The carpet price was excellent (less than I budgeted for) and the quality is what i had expected. Installers know what they are doing and went over the job with me and asked the right question. Enjoyed the experience!

Jim and his team did a great job at a lower price than all the big box stores for a much higher quality carpet & pad. I went with the Dreamweaver Soft Essential III w/ 8 lb 7/16″ pad and WOW is it extremely soft and plush to walk on barefoot. The installers did a great job and very efficient and kind.

I just installed carpet for my two properties last month from Jim. The price is the best when compared with another two companies. Additionally, their time is flexible, about one week lead time. Their team did a great job on this and really fast. About 3-4 hours in total. Highly recommend!!
