Awful. Called multiple times to set up work through the entire spring and summer. Always promised a phone call back, never got one. Avoid at all costs, unless you don’t actually plan on having work done.

The pandemic forced us to stay home so we tried to make the best of it and slowly update our home. A few things set them apart from other companies we got quotes from- they were on time, quotes for good for one year, huge selection and they cleaned up after themselves. I highly recommend and will be using them for the rest of our projects.

What a racket… screen replaced in door usually by ACE hardware…helpful hub ?? From ACE decided they weren’t doing screen replacements any more after keeping our screen for two Months….so they referred me to B-K windows and doors and they charged over double the price. Could of bought a brand new door in hindsight. Must be having to pay Ace for all the referrals.
