I interviewed 5 companies before choosing Durasah! Here is what stood out- First, they understood what was needed under the My Safe Florida Hurricane Program and made the paperwork process easy. Next, they worked with me to make sure I was able to get my windows completed in a tight timeframe. Lastly, there was a tweak I requested on my back door. They responded quickly, came within two days, and within 20 minutes everything was satisfactorily completed . One additional thing, they had competitive pricing. I love my new windows and working with Durasah made the whole process less stressful! I would use them again!

From the first call, everything went perfectly. Chelsea was fantastic handling calls, scheduling, and updates on when the installation would take place. Brad Moore, the owner gave us the estimate quickly, and without any pressure. They were also 75% less expensive than the company that always advertises on TV. Installation was flawless with Brad Moore (the owner), and Mike. Both were very professional, and they cleaned everything so well, you would never know an installation was done, other than seeing the brand new windows. We did have an issue after the installation. The PGT windows came with two different style window locks. They said they would come back and change out the locks, which they did the next week. Unfortunately, while removing one of the locks, a chunk of the vinyl frame was broken. They said they would order a new window, so that was no problem. It was cosmetic as the window still worked, but it just did not look good. So there was no worry, and no hurry. The only problem we had was with communications in regard to the replacement window. I would send a text or leave a voicemail, and would rarely hear back. More than six months later, I got a text saying they would like to schedule a day to come out to replace the window. It has been installed and is perfect. Ninety percent of our experience with DuraSash was absolutely perfect. In fact, other than the unsatisfactory communication while waiting for the replacement window, I would say this was the best company we have ever dealt with. The other 10% was not too good. It only takes 30 seconds to respond to a text, and if they had kept in touch, I would not have a negative thing to say.

Brad and his crew were amazing! We love our windows and sliding glass doors they installed. They were very clean and professional during the installation. Highly recommend.

Brad the owner is not trustworthy, I ordered 14 windows from him, which 3 tempered for bathrooms, he gave me 2 tempered and the other clear, which I paid extra for.i have been calling and and Chelsea, but they are not answering or returning my calls. I had a friend calling Chelsea right after I called and she picked up. I asked for the refund of the window, she promised to put it in the mail the same day, and I still have not received it. Once they get their money they will not call you back. They have a bad customer service and it is a family business. I would not recommend them to anyone. I also reported them to the BBB.

I would absolutely recommend Dura Sash for anybody looking for new windows. I had 7 different companies come to give me their “Pitch”. EVERY pitch was identical to the one before. All the windows are the same, but the prices varied DRASTICALLY. One company wrote me an estimate of $53,000. It’s only 9 windows and a sliding door. Dura Sash had the best price (By far), and didn’t push to upsell. Mike and Brad were extremely professional, polite, and efficient. I didn’t even have to remove my plantation shutters. I’m really excited about my new windows.
