Before and after pics. Smart Choice replaced our 72 year old front and side entry doors as well as both storm doors. Our experience with Smart Choice was fantastic from beginning to end. Rick came to give us our estimate. He answered all questions thoroughly. He was very personable and didn’t do the whole fake salesman pitch which I loved. Cedric did an amazing job installing our doors and left our property clean and tidy. Everyone we dealt with from Rick to Cedric to the gentleman answering calls were all extremely professional. These Provia doors are top notch!! Thanks for the wonderful service Smart Choice!!!

Great job! It was a extremely hot and humid day but that did not slow down your crew. They took great care to protect our furniture and carpets which I was thankful for since we have brand new carpet. Great craftsmanship. One window had a bad lock and within a hour after they left another young man was here replacing it!! Couldn’t ask for more!!!!

We used Smart Choice windows to replace windows and trim on a 3 season room. The process from the very beginning was pleasant. Everyone there is polite and professional. The prices are very reasonable. The installation crew was polite and good at what they do! We would definitely use them again!!

Smart choice windows was a smooth and easy process as we did the first big upgrade to our home. Our salesman Rick Scacchi was thorough and professional and easy to talk to. As we selected our windows he explained everything we needed to know about the products and was very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions offering helpful information to help us make our decisions. Best salesman we have ever had! The turnaround was faster than predicted and the installers were also amazing, professional and very nice. They moved everything back and cleaned up well when they left. Ralph and Mike were great! Definitely made the process more enjoyable and very personable to chat with. 10 of 10 and the final product is amazing. I can’t believe the difference in the energy in our home and the look both inside and out. A beautiful window with crystal clear glass looking outside to our property. I needed to replace all 10 windows and the patio door in my house so I visited the Cleveland Home and Remodeling Show at the IX Center to shop for estimates. Smart Choice not only provided the best quote they also did a great job of answering all my questions prior to beginning the work. The install went smoothly and was completed in a day and a half. There were no follow-up issues and everything was cleaned up properly. I would highly recommend Smart Choice for anyone in need of replacement windows and doors. Thanks, Ahmad for a great job!
