This company has NO follow up, my windows have to be resealed. Called and left 6 messages no response. Had to have another person come cleanup the installation. DO NOT USE. Salespeople are nice and accomodating, but they use a 3rd party installer that does not follow specs !!!

Universal windows replaced all of the old single paned windows and my falling apart French doors with new vinyl windows and a slider. The work was done professionally and on time. The gentlemen that came out to install them were courteous and respectful of my home, me and my animals. I would highly recommend them

These are the worst windows I have ever had in my home! They were installed incorrectly and they had to pull all of the windows and reinstall! But wait there’s more. Still waiting for a warranty window to be replaced, since February! Still more! Waiting for them to come back to look at a window that won’t lock and is sagging in the middle. They don’t return calls, and tell you to leave a message. Again no call back, NO CUSTOMER SERVICE HERE!

They recommended a blue tint to the windows and said that’s what most customers did, claimed it was very light. The tint is bright blue reflective and looks terrible. They said nothing they can so because it’s what we ordered.

I called for a quote and even before I finished explaining our project to the receptionist, she told us they were not interested and never call back and hung up. I was just explaining the project….What an unprofessional front desk response and poor customer service. No willingness to even help potential customer. Definitely not recommended. Don’ t even bother call them.

DO NOT USE THEM! One of the executives just called me yelling and swearing because I am not happy with the claims results. He informed me customers do not come first. I am happy with the product but not the service I have received. It has been almost 6 months since the initial install and there is still a cut in the screen for one of the windows and no locks on the screen doors. My project manager is unresponsive and I don’t believe the replacements and parts were ordered when he said they were. It should not take 6 months for a screen and a couple locks.

the sales person took his time and went over the windows and explained how they were made and the installation .the cost was well priced . it took a while to get them because of COVID but it was worth it.total installation time was about 13 hours with 2 installers with 1 installer working by himself because his partner became ill .excllent job all around.

Cody was great to work with. He ensured all our questions were answered to our satisfaction. He arrived during installation to check if we had any further questions or concerns. Heath and his helper Joe did an amazing job installing our windows. We couldn’t be more satisfied and highly recommend Universal Windows Direct.

They are ok for replacement windows. Some of the windows were poorly installed. Update they came and fixed the windows. Still, one leaks so bad its starting to ruin the wood ledge. Contact Frances on july 15th sent her a e mail of the damage never contacted me back. I called her back 10 days later said she call back at mid day and never heard from her. save your money and go somewhere else. Funny thing is when they came to fix the window the first time they blamed the bad install on a guy who doesn’t work for the company anymore. So from 3 star to 1 star. Another update had a guy come in and say all the windows were not squared in and have to be taken out and readjusted, and the windows were not even attached to the house. After 2 years, the window still leaks. When my wife noticed the leak, the caulk was mixed in with the water. Our 4-month-old puppy began to drink the water.
