We recently required the services of Rick Padilla and Ernest Lara of Rytech Restoration. They did an excellent job from start to finish. They came to our home a day after we filed an insurance claim for extensive water damage. They worked quickly with our insurance company to start the water restoration process. They worked carefully to address the damaged areas without affecting the rest of our home. They reliably came to check on the process over several days, including on the weekend. At the end, they carefully put everything back in place and made sure it was all clean. They were very thorough in reporting the repairs needed to our insurance company. They were courteous and professional. We highly recommend them!

I was so stressed about our recent water damage in our home. Rick was very knowledgeable and professional and he walked me through the water mitigation process and helped me to better understand. Rick was available to answer any of my questions or concerns. When they were completed; they made sure to clean up any and all debris. Thank you, Rick AND Ernest for giving such care to our home.

I really cannot say enough good things about Rytech Restoration and our two technicians—Rick and Ernest. They were: Punctual and professional Friendly Willing to answer all of my questions Explained every step of the process and told me the next steps that will be taken now that our walls, framing and tile are dry. They carefully vacuumed, dusted and moved the furniture back when it was as well as secured the interior of our home with heavy plastic—keep the critters out and the dog in! Thank you Rytech!

5 stars!! Water damage is scary and to have someone like Rick looking out for our best interest helped ease so much of our anxiety. He provided options and explained the insurance process. I was very impressed when I had not made the decision to file the claim yet but he still ensured that he came by to check that our area was dry and sprayed antimicrobial to prevent further damage. Thank you Rick for all your help!! And thank you Ernest.
