Had discussed many times that we did not want to use pesticides. Had been on my property 3-4 times before this visit today. Spoke the day before on the phone and agreed to bait traps for ants in my a garage and that he would inspect where our wasps were coming from and assess that situation. I was called into work so I sent him pictures and other information to make sure the job went smoothly. A couple hours later Corbin sends me text messages with videos of him spraying a spiders nest I never seen before.. I asked what are you spraying with and he replied yes pesticides.. so I call him and explain we don’t want pesticides, we’ve discussed this many of times.. when we spoke on the phone we agreed to bait for the ants and you’d assess the wasps.. somehow he jumped straight down my throat getting upset saying my wife agreed to spraying chemicals along our homes foundation and spreading granulated borax all over our yard where our 8 dogs and 2 kids play. Even though on the phone I said not to and all the previous visits as well. If the dogs eat the grass or the borax granulates they will become very ill. The borax isn’t able to be removed either and I’m unsure how I’m going to let my 8 dogs and kids play in our yard now. Very disappointed in the services today from happy hive and I will not recommend them or use them going forward.

We found a hornets nest while we had contractors completing a large landscape project. I called Corbin at Happy Hive and he actually came early that afternoon and completely removed the nest. So happy for your quick responsive service-

Excellent, thorough service. Corbin removed two hornets nests and removed an old next from last season while he was at it. Reasonable price and same day service. Was in an out in about 30 minutes. Highly recommend.

We discovered a hornet nest near our roof, so we contacted Happy Hive through email and received a callback within 30 minutes to schedule an appointment for removal. Communication was good throughout the time from scheduling until the appointment. Corbin thoroughly explained the process and what to expect. He was personable, professional, and helpful.
