I had used Tom for a small project and he was great. I then received a proposal for a new deck in my backyard. I accepted his offer and he gave me a start date. That date came and went with no response from Tom. I reached out a couple of times and he said he was busy with a bigger job. He told me it would be about a month out but will be at my house by end of July. I have reached out several times and am frustrated that Tom Rankin has not even had to professional courtesy to respond. Here is is November and I have yet to hear from him Obviously his word and his contract, that he gave me, is worthless. So disappointed in him and the fact I have no deck that I was looking forward to being able to enjoy.

He completely replaced our basement floor and the entire basement looks brand new and updated. His estimate was spot on for the cost. I highly recommend this highly qualified professional!!!. We are using him to replace our sagging fence too
