There are not many companies left that care at a high level. This one does and you can really feel it. I used them to put an alarm in my home at the end of last year and the service has been amazing. I also never knew how bad I needed an alarm until I had one and ACTUALLY USED it.

A great company to deal with. They were very responsive to our initial request for information and all follow-ups as well. We have some unusual special functions that we need in our alarm system, and they were very understanding and worked with us to design a system that fully meets our needs. Their installation people were very professional and courteous. They remained masked the entire time they were here, which we greatly appreciated. They were prompt in their arrival both days and fully cleaned up after themselves. We haven’t much experience with their monitoring center yet, but our one call was answered immediately by a very helpful individual. This is quite a change from our previous alarm company, where it would often take ten minutes to either get though to their monitoring center or just as long for them to call us if we set if the alarm. Our previous alarm company’s slow decline from good service to awful service is why we went shopping for a new alarm company. I am an obsessive researcher and Vigilante seemed to have the best reputation from reliable online sources that I could find. Our experience with them shows that this reputation is well deserved. I would not hesitate in the slightest from recommending them to friends or family who need either a new alarm system, a system upgrade or even just a more reliable alarm monitoring company. They have truly earned their five stars from me.

The monitoring station is outstanding, I have had several other monitoring companies over the years and no one comes close to Vigilante. Also the service of the alarm system it’s self is outstanding. The company over all is first class!

I have been with Vigilante since 2003. They have exceeded all of my needs throughout these years. As stressful as it was, their entire team was there to assist us when we moved to a home. The installers did a fantastic job! They were polite, courteous, professional and took pride in their job. After the install was complete, we didn’t even know they were there. In the 6 years we’ve been in our new home, we have been thrilled with our system and the continuous support we receive from the entire staff. Vigilante Security has been a local owned and staffed company for 35 years. This company was built on quality and customer service and they continue to thrive and excell on being the BEST IN THE BUSINESS!!!! Thank you Vigilante for being my company!
