This is company has so many loopholes to cancel your contract, not to mention having such an antiquated website that is void of any real web services, you do not receive monthly statements via email or postal mail, no online account information…awful! If you choose them be aware of the automatic renewals after your contract is up….they do not provide clear information, their service reps are not clear. what happened to letters informing you of your contract status… I guess that’s the game…Just awful! I feel bamboozled, but good riddance to below standard service. FYI: I would have given 0 stars.

They are making it nearly impossible to cancel my service. They are forwarding me through a loop of individuals who don’t care about their job or the customer. I have been told multiple times that a billing representative would give me a call to no avail. Do not do business with this company.

Horrible service. I emailed the company in June about an issue and still as of today September 23, no one has contacted me back. They are quick to get you in, once the contract is signed no one responds. i hate Kingdom, please contract hurry and end.

WORST alarm service in Lafayette. I recently changed alarm companies. Kingdom alarms continues to take money out of my account. After several attempts to get this problem rectified no success. I personally called Terry Lazard the owner and of course no success. I’m currently in legal proceedings. Not to mention the service was horrible. The alarm would go off and no one would call. I know several people with this service and they are currently looking for a new one.

I would give this company zero stars but that’s not an option. I have been with them for quite some time due to the contract cancellation restrictions. I have had issues with the alarm system as well as having my phone number changed. Currently I am paying for an alarm that will not even call the correct number after I’ve given it to them twice. I also attempted to change the account the funds are drafted from and that has not changed yet and it’s been several months. I recently sent in a letter to cancel my contract and requested a letter confirming that they have received my request prior to the contractual agreement; however, I see at this point I will have to send it certified mail in order to ensure I have proof that the request was received in case I have to proceed with further action. I feel that this is just too much of a hassle. Personally I am displeased with the level of service and mannerisms of the owner whom I’ve spoken with on several occasions. I do not trust the integrity of this company at all and I would not recommend this company to anyone unless you just enjoy giving your money away.

Worst alarm company out there…from my experience. I had them for a while because of the cheap price..you get what you pay for. Customer service was horrible. For about six months I was paying for service and didn’t have services, because of a mix up with their installation. Again the price was cheap and so was the service. I’m glad to say I no longer have them. I would not recommend them at all..pay more go with another another company

Okay so I recently got a new house and was told Kingdom alarms had great deals… I called and Mr. Terry came to my house on a Saturday (Which I appreciated) he looked around very briefly and asked if I had an attic that went across the house… At that point I had not thoroughly inspected and replied no I guess not. He then informed me that I had to pay 150 dollars for them to install. Which I had no issue doing the following Monday. I signed the contract gave my bank information and said I would set up installation Monday and would call Mr. Terry then. Well the next day I realized I did in fact have a attic that ran across the house so I promptly texted Mr. Terry to let him know. I understood it was the weekend and didn’t expect an immediate response… However that was nearly a month ago. I screenshot the text and lack of reply. I have called the office and NO ONE WILL HELP ME. However they did attempt to take their first payment even though I still have no service. I would seriously reconsider using them… TERRIBLE COMMUNICATION
