I would like to give zero stars. Our ADT subscription was coming to an end and after several weeks of having alarm companies come to the house, Clearview was least expensive, but I wish we had paid more. They gave us a very out of date keypad. It is a touch screen but it is very hard to use. The numbers are very hard to get to recognize and it is a below basic setup with no options. The app will log you out and then won’t let you log back in. We have set off the alarm several times just trying to unset it. Now we often just don’t set it because it can be so hard to inset. We still have almost 3 years on a contract and I am greatly looking forward to paying extra and getting an adequate alarm system. Don’t be fooled buy lower prices.

The team at Clearview is phenomenal to work with — from graciously walking me or my team through 3 AM alarm calls to setting up services. They are communicative, responsive, and helpful. I am migrating all of my alarm monitoring to their them.

Have used this company for many years, recently decided to upgrade our equipment. Our house is large and it was an all day job. The installers Robin and Eric were great, they arrived on time, were very professional, courteous and efficient. It is refreshing to find companies that now that have workers of this caliber. We are very happy with their work.

We had to rebuild our building after a devastating arson fire. There was so much to think about and do after the loss of everything. Matthew Harris and his team made it simple, responding with affordable solutions in security, fire, burglary and camera systems. The instillation went well and the commitment to get us in our building timely was excellent. Post project they monitor the systems. Not only did Clearview’s team participate in the project, Matthew Harris, CEO, never took his eye off our project and was on site many times to check up on the progress. Spoke with Tory last Monday or Tuesday as our businesses door chime suddenly stopped working. He told us the soonest he could have someone here was Monday afternoon. Tuesday rolls around and our Doctor called first thing in the morning as no one showed yesterday. Jim called to tell us we were on the schedule for this afternoon. 3:30 rolls around so I call to confirm we are still on the schedule for this afternoon. The rude lady who answered WOULD NOT CONFIRM since I didn’t have the password on the account! JUST TO CONFIRM IF THEY ARE STILL COMING or blowing us off again. Both guys I spoke with this morning, Eddie and Jim, have left for the day. P. S. no show again for today, since our issue is “just a door chime”.

Clearview Securities installed new security cameras for my place of work and I am very pleased with the service. Not just the quality of work, but also the customer service. Matt P. a service technician came to install a system at my mother’s home. He was prompt, polite, courtesy, took his time to make sure everything was properly working, sat down with my mother and myself to go over the whole panel system just to make sue we had it down pack. To say the least “HE WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND “ and that’s what I call customer service and will and would recommend this company anytime. Great company and excellent technicians working for them! Again thank you Matt P for doing such an excellent job!
