I contacted these people about a job at my home to install a privacy fence that fell down after the storm. I talked to Vincent, who said he’d stop by at 4 p.m. I texted him my address and made sure he got it with his confirmation since it was Memorial Day weekend. Not only did he not show up, but I also never heard from him, and with that went my long weekend plans.

Vincente is amazing and his responsiveness is incredible. He is honest and has saved me twice. I have dogs and the wind blew down my fence, he was out there is no time and did a great job. Made sure the repair was even and level. Guys are really great and clean.

Vincent did an outstanding job replacing my old fence. He guided me on how to apply for a permit. I was initially unsure whether to go with Urbina Fence or other big name fencing company but I could not have been more happier with my decision. I found Vincent to be really easy to work with and a nice guy. He answered all my questions patiently and found him to be really friendly. He has 20+ years of experience installing fences. Really happy with my new fence. It looks beautiful. Highly recommend to go with Urbina Fence if you are still searching for a fence contractor. Lot easier to deal with the owner himself.

Called Urbina Fence for snow removal. Spoke with Vicente. Even though the quote for snow removal was a little high, I scheduled it anyways. He said they will come out. It was a NO SHOW. They wouldn’t call or acknowledge messages. Inconsiderate of people in need. I am an elderly person with disability. Disappointed to see people are not willing to help each other out, especially during these difficult times. I definitely would not recommend this company.
