I called Mark Reeb and promptly got a quote for a new double gate. The price was fair and I okayed it. The next day his men were there to tear down the old gates and set the posts. He said they would be back in a couple of days to finish it up after the concrete dried and they were. It is finished and looks great! I’m very happy with the results and the promptness of it. Thank you Mark!

I called this company for an estimate on my fence to be replaced or repaired. Before I could even finish with what I was saying. The man that answered the phone cut my conversation off. He was yelling at me the whole time he was talking. Telling me to take pictures and just send it to them and they will try to give me a guesstimate. Very rude and unprofessional! Other people heard this conversation as my phone was on speaker. Not only was it embarrassing to be talked to so rudely but everyone heard how this company responded to me. I would rather spend my money elsewhere. With a more professional company and someone that actually wants to work.

Rio Grande did a fabulous job. They did exactly what I wanted and charged exactly what they quoted me. Their years of experience really shows in my beautiful fence.

Do not use Rio Grande Fence. Mark Reeb of the Frankfort location is just trying to get the most money out of the customer. He did not finish a job in September then tried to price gouge me in March for something he didn’t finish. When i brought this up, he started verbally attacking me. Would recommend any other fence company besides Rio Grande.

The owner came out and gave us an estimate a few times before we decided to get the fence replaced. The reason for that is because we had other things going on in the yard and needed adjusting of exactly what was needed. Mr. Reeb was kind and courteous each time and extremely patient with our process. His employees are top notch and work hard. Once everything was complete, they stayed while we checked all around the fence to insure my small dogs couldn’t escape the backyard. I highly recommend this company. They were timely, efficient and courteous during the entire process! Thanks so much Mr Reeb!! We appreciate you and your employees!!
