If I could give zero stars I would. Multiple issues throughout the project, and in the end, an subpar finished product refinishing a stamped concrete patio. Run the other way and find a company that will do what they say, and not just apologize for repeated failures in application and communication.

I’ve visited ESPJ twice delivering their supplies from Texas. My experiences delivering in New Jersey & New York are usually 99.9 percent unpleasant . Negative attitude from receivers, dirty looks from lazy dock workers when you walk in, arguments about appointment time ( you show up 1 minute early you’re too early & 1 minute late you’re too late). ESPJ is the exception , good and friendly people ( from the owner to the ladies in the office & technicians). Truck drivers do not make a penny if wheels are not spinning( truck not moving). So, seeing Elizabeth ( a manager ) hustle to unload my trailer ( by hand ) & get me back on the road within 30 minutes really left me with a good impression of that company , so much so that my 2nd time delivering there, I decided to show respect & courtesy, hopped in the trailer and worked rather than watch her working. ESPJ is lucky to have her. She’s the kind of manager & personality I would compete for if I had a business to run. The location is not ideal for big trucks ( narrow streets, congestion, limited space ) ,but as long as Elizabeth is in charge of the receiving, it is by far ( from a driver’s point of view) my favorite place to deliver ( in North Jersey). She gets you to your next load fast. That makes my day productive and my over the road trucker’s life a little easier. Thank you.

Highly recommend ESPJ Construction Corp. Recently completed my fourth project working with Judd Mandel. Projects include: paver patio with fireplace hand carved tiki style poles with overhead string lighting front porch/stair replacement with lighting stone flower bed and adjacent walkway with lighting Judd and his crew perform high quality work, are customer focused and pay attention to the details needed to complete a project.

These days it’s hard to find a reputable and trustworthy company. ESPJ construction is a professional and honest group to work with. They have the experience to handle all of your concrete needs. I still smile when I walk on my stamped concrete patio that they installed 3 years ago and get lots of compliments. I didn’t second guess myself on who to call when I needed another concrete job completed for my home.

ESPJ did a wonderful job on my home. They did a concrete overlay on my sidewalk that came out perfect. They laid stamped concrete on my old driveway and walkway that looks amazing. If you are looking for professional upscale concrete work i highly recommend ESPJ.

I can’t say enough good things about these guy’s. I don’t write many reviews but these guys deserve recognition. They did a stamped concrete project for us and the work was first class all the way. We had our pool redone at the same time by Anthony Sylvan and had it not been for Darwin from ESPJ I don’t think the pool would have come together or been done right. They were always on time, professional and pleasant and they answered all my crazy questions and were fantastic to work with. I thought workmanship like this was lost but ESPJ restored my faith. Couldn’t be happier with them!

Geovani and team worked fast to complete our pool deck and retaining wall. We were so glad to be able to enjoy it for the season.
