Jerrid and his team did an amazing job building our new deck. You can tell he puts a lot of effort in the small things to make sure it is the best quality. He also is very responsive in text/phone calls and keeps you updated throughout the whole process.

Jerrid Cink is the most professional and honest contractor I have ever come across. I was so impressed after I met him that I hired him to put a new deck on my home. We had a great experience with Jerrid and Sunshine Deck n Fence. Jerrid communicated with us every step of the way. He took time to answer our questions and sent many pictures for us to consider. He listened to what we wanted in our deck and gave suggestions to help us keep within our budget. When it came time to find the wood for the deck, Jerrid was very picky. He took the time to find straight boards that were in excellent shape. In fact, after a recent hailstorm, the insurance inspector said he had never seen a deck hold up so well. We told him that we had a great deck builder who knew how to choose good quality wood! Jerrid’s crew was reliable, worked hard, and kept the work area clean and organized. We are confident that we will enjoy a beautiful and strong deck for years to come. Thank you, Jerrid!

We’re very happy with our new deck. We got several bids and chose Jerrid even though he wasn’t the lowest bidder (he was close) I believed that we’d be getting a quality product with him. Turns out that besides doing outstanding work he’s also a really good dude. Thanks Jerrid for going above and beyond to give us a beautiful new deck.

He came to my house to give an estimate and as he didn’t feel he had the right equipment for what we are looking for, he was honest and recommended another professional who we are meeting with. Jerrid and Nate just completed a replacement deck on our home. We got much more than we ever hoped for after having talked to several other contractors. Jerrid worked with us throughout the whole process so that we got exactly what we wanted for a very affordable price.
