Carlos Arangos and his team completed a wall and door installation at my home. The whole job was done without issue and we couldn’t be happier with the outcome! He and his team work quickly, take care of the client’s wishes and leave the work area clean. Great work!

This was a Home Depot recommended installer for a small bathroom remodel. Started off well until he secured the job, then communication issues began. He became unresponsive. Job took weeks longer than expected. Feature I was told would be included (tile niche in shower) was not done. Told me the job was complete so he could be paid, then I found trim and baseboard that was torn up was not replaced. See photo of “completed” work. Said he would return to address this, then after several days of unresponsiveness I hired someone else to complete his job. Workmanship looked good for what was done, extra star for this, but very unprofessional! Such a let down because I had many more projects for him, and shame on Home Depot for recommending companies like this!

This is the worse experience I have ever had. This contractor came to us referred by Home Depot Services. We hired him to build a composite deck in our patio. He showed up to pickup the deposit and added more money to the deposit than what originally was agreed on. He said materials had gone up. Then, started to chop off my grass. I asked him. Do you have the materials? Don’t start removing my grass unless you have everything to finish in the agreed week. He said yes that he could get it…. so he started removing all my grass. After he was done removing my grass and turning my yard upside down, later that day he called me to tell me that unfortunately he couldn’t get the composite until 20 days from now. I told him I wasn’t going to continue working with him and I am so upset that my yard is destroyed and I don’t even think I can get if fixed for the holidays. This is horrible. Carlos was excellent in explaining the job when he completed the intital proposal. During the job when there we decisions to be made he advised the pros and cons and adjustments were made. Very clean work area. I would hire him again.

Carlos and his crew were great. I highly recommend him. I will not be using any other contractor but Carlos for my future home improvement projects.THANKS AGAIN!!!!

I highly recommend this contractor. I just moved into a home and I needed quite a bit of work done. I was even suggested things that I didn’t have in mind and they really made a tremendous difference in such a short period. Issues arose as they always do, but every time they did Carlos was professional did not charge me more and took care of it. He was hard working, kind, and put me at ease in a very stressful situation. In this day and age it’s hard to find people you can trust to do work on your home…. I’m glad I found someone that I can always use. Thank you !!!!

Very agressive and offensive on the phone alone. I would not hire.
