Clearwater Construction recently completed a large project for us as we redesigned our dated primary bathroom/closet area into two primary bathrooms and beautifully updated and much larger primary closet. Brandy and Kelly were professional and did a great job. From the bid process, design and selections all the way through to schedule of work, billing statements and actual job completion, they were a pleasure to work with. With any bumps in the road we encountered, they were right there and ready to work together on resolution. Definitely recommend them.

We just finished our Great Room/Kitchen/Bathroom remodel with Clearwater. We had not touched anything in our home for over 20 years. The experience with Clearwater was fantastic! From the 1st visit with Ken the salesperson to the final walk through with one of the owners Brandy, I never had a moments hesitation that I had made the right choice. Brandy one the owners managed my job and was responsive and communicative through the whole process. The quality of the Subs was “Best in Class”. I had such a great experience that I was a bit sad it was over! Thank goodness I have more to do later this year! Clearwater working under my builder did a metal roof and metal siding. At first I wasn’t happy with their work due to a vast amount of snow and working through the winter there were some problems that hindered their progress. Well in the end I have to say the house looks outstanding and they did a wonderful job. Thank You!

Kelly and Ken were both very helpful at answering questions/concerns that we had. The team really made our vision come to life. Clearwater Home Services replaced my 26 year old cedar shake roof with Malarkey Emerald Pro shingles. Their bid was very competitive and their installers were very professional and friendly. I will highly recommend Clearwater to all my friends and neighbors!

Without writing a novel I can’t give Kelly and his team at Clearwater enough credit. They were all amazing and helped us rebuild our garage in short order after it was destroyed in a fire. We had a baby on the way and Kelly went above and beyond to get us taken care of. Very professional and just great people overall. I would recommend to anyone in the Treasure Valley!

They did amazing work on replacing my roof and got it done within two days super fast! I couldn’t be more pleased with Kelly and Ken’s professionalism throughout the entire way. They were the best price in all the valley I highly recommend them, they will definitely be the fist ones I will call if I need any additional improvements on my house thank you guys again!

My husband and I have been wildly impressed by Clearwater Home Services. We’ve hired them three separate times: to remodel the laundry space in our house, install windows, and make post-inspection repairs. Their communication and scheduling is timely, they went above and beyond to handle issues caused by a third-party window vendor, and their remodeling and repairs are so well done it looks like our house has always been this way! You really can’t go wrong hiring Clearwater for your home project needs.
