Our church was in desperate need of a good carpet cleaning service. After a few bad experiences trying to find a company that would even show up, we stumbled on The Carpet Cleaning Crew. This company was professional and very easy to work with. When they say their goal is to make you happy, they aren’t kidding. I feel like we got even more than we bargained for…which never happens! I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this company and plan to use them in my home very soon.

Recently at a grand opening event I ran into Zach who, after a few minute of conversation, I realized held the same core beliefs and values that we have. I work as a area cemetery manager and after Zach showed me some of the before and after photos of previous work I knew his company was the one I needed. At one of my location I have a mausoleum that desperately needs carpet but wasn’t in the budget. Over the last few years we’ve tried many companies and products trying to get some mold and mildew stains out that formed around the doors and grease spots from our lift. I was hopeful but assumed they wouldn’t be able to fully remove anything. Daniel, Daniel and Josh came out on a Friday, really took their time. I was unable to view it right after it was complete but made the trip to check it out that night. I was stunned. I truly have no words to describe what an excellent job everyone done. There was constant communication from Zach and his team called before and after to let me know what they were going to do and what they did after. Very professional and honestly the best at what they do. I went from being ashamed at our carpet to feeling comfortable knowing it would be ok until we get the new carpet. I’ll call The Crew first going forward. Thank all of you for the excellent work you did. You’ve all made our staff and our customers much happier.

My first phone interaction with The Crew Cleaning & Restoration of Lynchburg set the tone for the incredible service that I would receive. I needed some routine carpet cleaning done. And, I ended up adding an extra room and traffic area at the last minute. This was not problem for them at all! Courteous, patient, prompt, respectful, thorough, and professional service from beginning to end. I will absolutely hire for future, and I can highly recommend them.

Had a great experience with The Crew here. Following a water damage incident at noon on a Saturday, The Crew was the first to respond to my calls. They sent someone out for an emergency response by 2:00 PM. The experience was great overall – the technician was friendly, knowledgable, and thorough. The price point was very reasonable. Highly recommend them for water damage mitigation. Will probably reach out to them again for carpet cleaning.
