We were quoted almost $1,400 with another carpet cleaning company. But we were SO glad we went with Zerorez, with their special, it ended up being around $500 for the same job! I love how Kyle walked us through our carpet with a black light to show any stains & pet urine! It was pretty gross but reassuring to know he was being thorough. Highly recommend this company, Kyle is friendly, professional and trustworthy!! I appreciated his patience & respect with my toddler has well. He responded to my toddler every time he said hi (which was a lot lol) we’ll be using them again & recommending to friends as well!

Zerorez has been my “go to” for a few years now. They consistently do a good job! I have dogs and the oils from their fur discolor the carpet where they always lay. The guys always work hard to get that removed, the carpets looking great and smelling fresh! Kyle was my latest tech and once again did a great job! See you again in about 8 months! Thanks!

If I could give 10 stars, I would! First, Anna in the office was kind and helpful. Then our technician Kyle was top of his game. Our floors have never looked better, our carpet smells fresh and looks as good as new. He was efficient, thorough, professional, and all around awesome. He didn’t miss a stain or a corner. He got every closet, bathroom, and even behind the refrigerator. We previously had the carpets cleaned by Stanley Steemer and it was a joke compared to the service we got from ZeroRez. Plus, we got a military discount, and there were no hidden fees. We paid what we expected to pay. You could not do better than the folks at SATX ZeroRez!

Today, I had the pleasure of driving next to one of the vans from this company while traveling down Bandera Road in San Antonio. That driver was not driving great. As I got alongside of him, he swerved towards me and almost sideswiped me. Then, as I got up to be able to see the driver, I saw that he had his face buried in his phone Instead of looking at the road.. I attempted to Notify his office, kept getting voicemail. . No unit number on the vehicle, License plate .NLS3125. TEXAS PLATE.
