My partner and I were really struggling with some health issues and the house got out of control. We were in over our heads and realized we needed help. We had a lot of guilt and shame feeling like, “We’re adults. We should be able to handle this.” I’m so glad we didn’t. We had to go to the hospital the day they were cleaning. Coming home to a clean home made such a world of difference. Not only was it clean, but it was an incredible mental load off of us, so I could just focus on taking care of my partner. On top of that, they left a very thorough checklist so we could feel confident of what was done and anything they couldn’t (we have a weird situation with our kitchen, so it was absolutely NOT their fault). Furthermore, they left a really sweet handwritten note. I would absolutely recommend them for their quality and thoroughness. Thank you so much!

Yourfreshstartcleaning is an outstanding service because even weekly cleaning is deeper, not just surface cleaning. At the end they leave a checklist, which documents exactly what has been done and they provide all of the cleaning materials. My cleaner Erica is so dependable and professional; she cleans like a whirlwind through all three floors. Those details like cleaning the ceilings, baseboards, blinds , mirrors and pictures are a detail not expected with weekly cleaning. My house is so clean! Thank you, Erica, for a terrific job!

Teather Morris and her team do excellent work. We have our home cleaned every 2 weeks to help us keep up with our busy schedule. They are easy to work with and always friendly. All of our cleaners have been good, but our favorite is definitely Erica. She is prompt, efficient, thorough, and friendly. I highly recommend Your Fresh Start Cleaning Service.

Each time after Lillian has been here our home looks wonderful and I’m motivated to spend time on things I want to do since she has taken care of the “have to’s”. That’s a win for quality of life. ———————————— It has been awhile since our last review. We continue to be very pleased with our decision to use Fresh Start Cleaning Service. Our regular service provider, Lillian, is awesome. I could work all day and night and still not have my house looking like it does when she leaves after a few hours. After taking some time to just sit and enjoy my surroundings after she leaves. it inspires me to move on to other things I have on my list designed to improve quality of life. Our daughter and son-in-law have just picked up this service based on our recommendation and are now enjoying the benefits of a regular cleaning. Less housework and more time for kids sports!

We had Lillian and Taylor do a Top to Bottom Deluxe clean and they worked their butts off and did a phenomenal job. Very professional, but personable. They explained the process and asked for any clarifications before beginning to ensure we shared expectations.
